I feel like something is running inside my dick from the tip to the end of the penis. it burns sometime when I pee, and yesterday when I cum it burnt too . so is it some infection or what ? please help me ASAP .
Facts: I just got back here from Vietnam like 5 weeks. have STD and HIV tests with negetive results. having this problem for 3 weeks .
