hm i made a post a few days ago, with the perfect absinthe recepy... i just had it last night and i love it.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Pernod absinthe (best absinthe ive had)
- 1 empty bottle (old water bottle or something)
- sugar
How to make the perfect mix:
fill the empty bottle like this: 1/3 of water and 2/3 absinthe.
put a couple of teaspoons of sugar in the bottle. Just judge for yourself how much exactly you think you like, like putting sugar in your coffee.
Put the cap on the bottle & shake that shit.
Put in 30+ mins in the freezer.
