Control panel is not flashy.
E-mail support's slow. You can always call them, but the Dutchies are hard for me to understand over the phone. So I use their live support chat when I need a fast answer. That is VERY nice.
Payments always come on time, or early. Which is most important to me.
I've been with them going on year, and any grief's been minimal. Just don't bother with the e-mail. But other than that, they are better than a
LOT of other billers out there.
I also like that they give a lot of different payment options.
I would recommend them to anyone.
