They're all 'real' muslims. None of these people are 'fake' somehow.
'Real' christians are comprised of both your local pastor who is probably harmless and wacky cultists intent on killing everyone. The mere fact that some of them have ill intentions doesn't make them somehow not in the religion that they are killing for.
