I think a lot of people are bitching about the TREATMENT they got when complaining ... and you are just perpetuating that. Telling affiliates they don't matter is just silly -- it makes no difference who it's coming from or what the circumstances are.
I'm not surprised you don't send many sales -- you have a "small time" mentality.
