if a tgp allows more than one submit per day I would take that opportunity, and I would not also want to submit to the tgp that only allowed 1 submission per day, so the disable feature would be nice for the tgp that only took 1 per day
can you expand on your intelligent response there chief?
not one thing I mentioned is against any rules of any tgp that I know of
