I know what you're going through man, breaking up with a girl is one thing but when a child is involved it fucking hurts like nobody could ever understand. you'll feel like you betrayed your child, like you abandoned him/her and feel like the worlds worst dad that bailed for an easy out.
These are all lies your subconscious will tell you. Ignore them. It's better to split with mommy to have a civil relationship with your child than exposing the child to distrust, hatred and arguing.
Hang in there, Just see your child as MUCH as possible. Don't wait, don't hold back. Spend time with your child as much as you can to begin the healing process.
