I beg to differ. One of the most destructive things for a company is poor planning and this entire ordeal has poor planning written all over it.
Why market and promote the fuck out of something if it doesn't work? That's like spending $10,000 for a local cable television commercial to sell your Le Car that's on block in your front yard worth $50 in scrap metal.
