Really helped me. I didn't actually quit until about 6 months after reading that book, but some of the ideas in it stuck with me and helped when I was ready, and the sticks speak for themselves. They burn your mouth a little bit, it's a good distraction, and the burn lasts for 10+ minutes, which in theory is twice as long as a physical cigarrette craving lasts.

PS: Ive been "cold turkey" for 3 months now, and feel so good. I still get the occassional craving, but I also go days at a time without even thinking about them. It's possible! You can do it!
