talking of the gym I got back about 2 hours ago, jesus I feel good. Hey I managed to do 21 minutes on the tread mill.

I didnt really lift any weights, well I did 50 sit-ups.

Oh, for the first time i saw this midget family lol, funny thing was the midget kid helped me get my pepsi drink out of the vending machine.
