Serge "brokered clicks" and "did payouts" for certain programs back in the day. He'd buy low and sell reasonably. As far as I know his "legend" doesn't include the types of deals you're mentioning. But I don't know every detail of his past dealings. Only what business I did with him myself
I'd rather take a bounty ($ or %) per sale personally. I've made more than half a million $'s alone over the years just referring people to various programs.
