As you all know I been going rounds with CCbill regarding the refund and chargeback issue. Their previous email was a bit twisted for me and I was concerned regarding chargebacks and refunds being in the same boat. After talking to them today I asked them to email it to me so I have it in writing. Well they did even better and updated their site regarding this issue

Because of our conversation, We at CCBill have decided to update our FAQ page to reflect that refunds are NOT considered together with chargebacks to determine chargeback ratios. FAQ page located at

This change should be in place today.
