I hear ya. You shouldn't have to do all that in order to get some communication from them. They should be on it and want to take care of their affilaites. Sometimes I think people would rather party and make new friends/affiliates then take the time to solve a problem of an old affialite.
I took my links down as well. Their system is just too messy.
