I confronted him with it and he told me it was a newbie webmaster that he was providing free hosting for, and that he "showed" him some of my galleries so he could get ideas about "what works" for selling wantboobs.
He said he had "no idea" that the guy would copy my page.
It takes several hours to build a gallery that converts, not to mention the time and money wasted testing out galleries that don't convert before you find a winner.
You just don't go showing your good webmasters sales techniques to everyone in the world.
That's bad business.

IF that's true that really sucks. I would be STEAMING MAD if any affiliate I used told people to rip me off - and I'd sue.
If JR admited to the guy 'COPYING" your page then JR needs to send you all the cash he made from that page and not pay the affilaite who copied you. Not just the affilaiate's money, but JR's take on it too or Joe is a co-conspirator in copywrite theft.
