I love trout...I don't think they have it here in Puerto Rico...But I'm putting down a deposit on a place tomorrow that is walking distance from a fishing dock...I don't know what can be caught just standing off the pier but the fish market right there on dock sells conch, kingfish, el capitan, red snapper, lobster, and some other shit that I can't name...Too bad they don't catch shrimp.

I'll eventually buy a small fishing boat and go out there myself and catch Red snapper since they're out in the deep water....And fresh caught lobster goes for $7.95 a pound if you don't feel like catching them yourself.

I might be open to some fish trades in the near future...Y'all send me some good American river and lake fish like Trout (especially rainbow), Perch, Bass, Catfish, etc. And I send y'all Red Snapper, Kingfish, Conch, etc... Red Snapper is a GREAT tasting fish.

edit...And I would have Fried those badboys or cooked them on an open fire or grill without the foil..I like my skin crispy with plenty of grill marks.
