sTLD's .TEL , .ASIA and .XXX have all proceeded in negociations following the boards initial review of the overall criteria, including the sponsorship criteria, and review of the negative evaluations prepared by the evaluations teams. NONE OF THE REGISTRY AGREEMENTS FOR THESE THREE sTLDs HAVE BEEN APPROVED, and the board will not approve the registry agreements until they are assured that the agreements demonstrate the applicant's ability to comply with the representations made in the application and the supporting materials that have been provided in support of the applications....

SO for now folks you could breed a little better but .XXX is still in negotiations....
