it is about 99.99% fake but there are two instances i can remember off hand
from my days working in a beseball card shop.... a kid dug one up in a coffee can in his back yard, it was pretty trashed but they still got like 100k....another instance similar to this post,...some guy's neighbor died and he went to help the old widow clean out her attic and found one, if memory serves right she let him keep it...............
