This is why my triglycerides are high.
I had to indulge because I've been eating so healthy lately and hiking alot of trails and crap like that.
I just made some microwave popcorn (buttered) and then melted a side of butter for it. Not only is this bad enough I'm sure, but I just can't help but to melt it just enough where there's that one little soft blob left. Oh well at least I ate that part first and got it over with. That's a good thing right?
Am I sick?
