Concept is the easier you make it, the more people will take action. It is amazing the number of people that sign petitions just because some fool was there with pen in hand and said sign here.
Hope is that webmasters would be smart enough to reword a letter to make it more their own. There are tons of examples now posted on GFY.
If you have writers block, read a few and get something in.
