I have a niece who used to pass for 18 when she was 11. She was on the street hooking before the age of 12, and now here we are about 16 years later and she has abandoned her 3 children, she's a crack whore and a convincted criminal, and she's fled the province due to a warrant for her arrest.

There's a case of a girl I know who started muenstrating at age 3 and was fully grown at age 7; by the time she was 11 she was in 10th grade (brain development was extremely rapid as well)* and dating a soldier. He was dishonorably discharged for statutory rape even though it was consensual, she had led him to believe she was older and physically she was 18 (although emotionally she was probably about 15.
*The condition is called isosexual precocious puberty
