But let's be realistic, any webmasters that are going to run your site for you are going to want a CUT of all profits. So if you are both ok with that, then just make sure you get a contract with any webmaster you work with otherwise you are leaving yourself open to be screwed.

Follow the advice that someone posted earlier and visit cozyfrog.com/cozyacademy.com there is a wealth of info there and to be honest you should make sure you have a bit of understanding before you leap into any partnership with webmasters who are jumping all over this thread. I'm not speaking about anyone directly because I don't know any of the people who have responded, I'm just trying to give you some sound advice, you are NEW and it can be a good thing or a bad thing.
