So let me post my version of the facts here.
You posted during the weekend saying you wanted some passes asap to benefit from promos from some sponsors.
But you didn't like our billing methods....yes we require a scan of your cc and id for cc transactions to prevent people using stolen cards and etc...
You finally decided you'd use Epassporte and since our order forms are closed at the moment and that you already manifested the desire to get passes before they were, I told we'd get you setup anyway...but...this required me to speak with Ray or Johnny first.
Unfortunately for you they were finally out the whole afternoon because they had some things to do.
So I told you it would go to tomorrow
You started getting angry because I had to leave and the office was closing...called me a bullshitter, and now you come on here saying we are dumbasses!
Sorry sir, but I was going to bend the rules for you because we always try to give the best customer service as possible...but now I guess if you still want some passes, you'll have to go the usual route as everyone.
