There is no way to do it nicely. I tried to leave my husband nicely and all it did was cause more problems. Take half of your stuff, and move. Don't leave it all behind because it won't matter. There's no need to do all that cuz it won't make a difference.
Take xanex like crazy so that the constant crying and calling you and stalking will not get to you so that you get guilt tripped into going back or let your own guilt sway your true thinking.
The quicker the better. Just don't drag things on or be wishy washy. Worst thing you can do.
