Hey guys,
Look, I'm getting dicked around by epassporte CS, in a MAJOR way, and I'm getting no resolution. It's a small problem happening to a small fish (me), but fuck, I gotta eat and pay my bills you know?
weeks ago, I'd recommend epassporte to anyone. Now I have to wonder, when there ARE problems, how quick are they actually willing to resolve them?
It shouldn't take over a WEEK to resolve the problem I have with them.
Supposedly there was an "invalid CVV2" number during an online purchase, yet, they blocked my ability to withdraw funds from ATM machine (something that, HELLO, does NOT require a CVV number).
And the stupid part of all this is:
- I can continue to get paid
- I can transfer funds to other epassporte users
- I can still PURCHASE directly from epassporte merchants (porn, etc)
But I CAN'T withdraw funds from an ATM.
Ok, this sucks. I don't need any "sucks to be you" comments (but, hey, go ahead and do it if you wanna place for your sig)
I want answers. I've called them 3 times and emailed them repeated before I went public with this.
