Thier support used to be very bad, but lately it has been improved a lot.
It is still russians with limited english skills that is doing the support, but it is in general getting better.
We used to have problems wiring money to our account, but now things are running smoothly. If you are running an affiliate program it's a plus that will attract more russian affiliates..
