.XXX wil be blocked by DEFAULT. A customer will have to request it and probally PAY for it. Most guys are too scared to buy comdoms or get their girlfriends or wives tampons. They are going to call up thier ISP and tell the nice lady operator "Hi this is John Smith, 123 Elm Street, Dullsville, Ohio. Yes I would like access to porn" then the operator can say in ear shot of all the other operators "Ok so rto confirm that you want access to .XXX sites your name is John Smith of 123 Elm Street, Dullsville Ohio?" Yes this will happen.
