it's sad to think that someone would curb their opinions for an important issue that would greatly affect their own business, for the sake of thinking of what kind of retaliation someone might do (ie. drop their deal???)

you would hope that biz is biz, and how someone feels about .XXX has nothing to do with their business relationships.

whenever some other big issue comes up, these "leaders" might come forward, only if the issue hits them squarely in the wallet, because the moral issue of standing up doesn't seem to hold as much weight as the potential financial losses...
