Flaky, can't be trusted, egocentric without realizing it, think they know it all but are immensely stupid, obsessed with themselves, etc.
Of course, different people have different personalities, but girls aged 18-19 tend to be obsessed with their newfound freedom, their new realization of the effect they have on men, and their own little lives. Most of them don't have enough real-life experience yet to realize that their actions affect themselves and others, and every little thing that happens in their lives to them seems like the most important thing in human history.
It appears people need some bad experiences and disappointments to become more responsible and caring individuals.
