It is a seizure of property of the .com domains used for adult entertainment without due process or compensation for the years of investment and labor developing a business in the virtual world of the Internet. A domain name is no less significant to an online business than a physical address and building is to a brick and mortar business. Forcing either to move without a reason and compensation would be wrong and amount to a violation of due process.
