One final point:
Is america really interested in justice for this world? An example:
America supported the Hague Tribunal for war criminals when it concerned citizens of former Yugoslavia. However, they said they would attack the Netherlands (a member of the NATO) if American citizens would be held and tried. Implicit in this threat was a threat to Germany and the UK (both members of the NATO) which are countries cooperating with the Hague Tribunal.
Apparently, America is prepared to attack it's closest allies to protect it's own war criminals from facing justice, all the while it DOES expect war criminals from other countries to be tried exactly the same way.
