I can see now why the Asshole was not too comfortable signing any treaty on the International Criminal Court (came up with an load of excuses and settled with some bullshit about "protecting US solders") .. truth his, there are several US Citizens from Kissinger onwards who have judges orders issued for questioning. (they of course, avoid going near these countries! *g*)...
