The way to remove Bush from office is in the next election or to impeach him if he can be found guilty of a high crime in the Senate. So like him or hate him, live with him for a few more years. Hard to find many that like him these days. that's just the way it is.
Problems in this country are deeper than just Bush. One used to just let go and say what they felt more or less. It was never ok to promote physcial harm to an elected offical. Now you have to hesitate in what you say about anything and worry about the consequences.
