I would have but you know.. I've just almost never needed to so I don't even know where I would have put their phone #.. and I couldn't get to their website.
I love National Net. They just hooked me up like mad recently too. Bill worked out something I needed and it's been great. Another recent issue, I had a specific time critical process that I ran comparisons on different ISPs and National Net outperformed them by 200%+. I was pretty damn pleased to discover that.
I feel like I should be paying them more, and I've never felt that way with a host before.
