Sure, With all things being the same I would do it. When I was 15 there wasn't an internet as we know it. If I'm the same as I was when I was 15 the first time I know I would take advantage of it in a major way. Also, there are zillions of other opportunities available now that didn't exist in 1990.

Not to mention the 15 year old girls are a lot different now. What the hell is going on? Is it McDonalds that's causing this?! Life wouldn't be so bad for a young guy I don't think. LOL
