Anyone have billing issues with Comcast?
So I get a letter in the mail today stating they are going to terminate my account if I don't pay my bill. Odd, I pay it every month. I call them up, during the automated messages, it says my last payment was made on April 7th. I get a hold of a representative and she tells me that my bank rejected the e-check on April 7th stating my bank account was closed. Funny, I don't use echecks, never have with comcast, always use my debit card. So, this "rejection" from the bank (which the bank stated I have had MORE than adequate funds to pay), there was no history of any issues regarding transfers.
Now Comcast wants me to fax them all bank transactions for the month of April so they can "review it" to see what happened.
Anyone else run into this?
