I moved once because of it. My neighbors BUILT a small pen right outside my bedroom and let their frigging yapping little dog out at 5 am sharp every single morning. The doggie door was on the opposite side of their garage too far enough where they didn't have to hear it. And the worse thing was the think wasn't even barking AT anything.. just arf arf arf arf over and over for HOURS on end!

You can usually not reason with pet owners especially if they are older and their little pekinese is their whole life. Sucks.
