Let me tell you what I think of this idea: Not much. It's not your fault though. The problem lies in the system. Webmasters have no idea what board figure is "reliable" or not. How would they? They go by photos from shows, by post count and the amount of "Wow br0 thats great " posts. If you post those 10 times a day in the generic "How do you like my new XYZ" threads then you're already in the "cool & extremely reliable" book for 99% of the sheep here.

The fact is: Some webmasters do not like the truth. They like to hear fiction that supports the many misconceptions in their heads. Taking their heads and slamming it on the surface of reality doesn't earn you a lot of friends.
