I think its completely worth it Juicy. Sure the social factor is great, and I think the educational factor is worth more than we sometimes realize. It's not only about 'what' we learn but that we learnt 'how' to learn, how to interact on different levels with other people, professors, other students, leading teams, doing research and presentations, etc... I did a double honours degree in Sociology and Spanish (which I thought was pretty useless in the real world, but it really interested me). I ended up moving to Spain, doing my international MBA here, and getting a job with a great company where I get to use all the tools I have accumulated over the years. I think education is always a good investment if you put it to good use
