Add a SmutLounge DRM video to your profile. It pops up the sponsor and works even with blockers etc. You can target it as well - for example push a bi-sexual profile and pop a Bi site.
It did well for me for a while but I moved on to a new project.
but as I said ask the sponsor first as they will get complaints.
