Apple sucks because a lot of shit is only written for windows...

Apple laptops are not FASTER, they are SLOWER...

Apple laptops make colors look better, but that only comes into play when you do PRINT advertising... If your intended audience is PC users (98% of the world) then you should be looking at what they are seeing...

I'd get something that is 80GB hd, 512mb memory and 1.7ghz CPU... anything more and it is overkill... Like you said, you want to make money with it, not spend money (playing games like a faggot assed retard)...
