Seriously, this is called living with the consequences of your decisions. And no, its not the shutterbug's fault, either. And she shouldnt get to sue the school district, either. Actually you are wrong.
This would only apply to "right to work" jobs. Not union. Since teachers have their state and federal unions. They also have a code of conduct, contract, and employee handbooks.
Since she is most likely covered by a contract, then your assessment would be wrong. So the union, and her lawyers will have a case.
