Seriously, this is called living with the consequences of your decisions. And no, its not the shutterbug's fault, either. And she shouldnt get to sue the school district, either. She made the choice to pull her pants down and take the cash for doing so. And every employer has the right to hire or not hire, retain or not retain an employee for any reason they see fit.

I couldn't agree more with you on one level, it is like going into a place where appearances are everything and not getting the job because you weight 300lbs. That is silly and crazy ass bullshit and still they sue.
My only holdup on this one is that she did it years ago before she started teaching, she didn't break any laws, she didn't commit any hidious crimes or anything like that, she posed in a porn flick, SO WHAT! Now if she did it WHILE she was a teacher, then I'd have a completely different opinion about it, but she did it a long time ago, and I haven't read the "Teacher's Handbook" but I doubt it says in there that they can't have taken their clothes off at any time in their lives previous to accepting this job. That's my only hangup in all of this.
If she was doing it last week, hell yes, get her out of there, but that wasn't the case at all. I DO realize these kids are impressionable, I have 4 of them myself, and I can tell you something right now, I can think of a LOT worse things I would be yanking my kids from school over. But we'll save that for another day.
