If she had been a former convicted criminal and they did this it would be unconstitutional. She hadn't been convicted of a crime. She went on to be a cop and graduated college. WTF?

What you have to understand though, this is a Commonwealth State and right smack in the middle of the Bible Belt, so they pretty well make up their laws as they go along and they do as they damn well please here. I HOPE she gets herself a good lawyer, but it isn't likely she will. If she does, good for her, and she should, but it may come down to her just wanting it to go away as it usually is around here.
