Lee, good points for sure but I can guarantee that using someone's past as a means of retribution is gonna be a very expensive and ineffective agenda.
It's gonna be a case by case basis but in our society where corruption is so rampant, where the people aren't represented nor protected is the real danger. Not if someone got nekkid and showed their asses.
Our society is so psychotic regarding sex it's backlashed into all sorts of insane behavior.
The same people who would bitch about porn are the first ones in line to buy it.
If I was an attorney I would be bucking up to make gillions of bucks defending people against such shit.
