i dont agree , the law is a good one, who they choose to enforce it upon is sometimes foolish..

Theres a difference between , not helping because you dont know how to help , and not helping because its not your problem..

example.. .. a guy hits a woman and a child in a car accident.. both mother and child are knocked unconcious and the mother is bleeding from a gash and you dont cover the wound and she bleeds to death..

the problem isnt the charge ,its that they would allow people to sue when they are trying to help ( thats what discourages people from helping )

lets face it nobody like to see someone else suffer.
