Sponsors that don't use cookies for tracking sales
Ok I have some nocookie traffic and would like to send it to some sponsors that do not use cookies to track where the traffic came from and do not track sales by cookies. Meaning, if I send you a surfer w/o j/s and cookies enabled will you be able to track that sale (through my ref. id) ?
