This guy in Iran has been saying these same exact things since 1979 - when he led the students to take the American hostages and worked out the Shahs removal.

The scariest part about all of this is the instability/insanity of the Israelis - they are the ones that have proven throughout their history that they WILL strike first - from bombing Iraqs nuclear reactor in the 1980s to numerous missile attacks on Palestinians generating terrorist reprisal attacks and escalating from there.
Israel is the one that needs to be reigned in by the US or they will generate a world war (which isnt that far from what they have wanted for over 20 years anyway)
The leader in Iran knows this and is playing on it exactly the same way the North Koreans played the US a year ago - he's following their script perfectly.

One good thing that has been said and Im just remembering the quote so I dont know who it was - the world war will be over in one day and the next war will be fought with sticks and stones. (I think it was Einstein?)
