Whats the story with Puerto Rica? Is it part of the US, do they have US passports?
My geography is pretty good but its one of those things I have never really looked at - that and what Guantanamo Bay is all about - that just seems wierd.

Guantanamo Bay is in Cuba...Puerto Rico is a us territory that was won in the Spanish American War....so flying here is the same as flying to Iowa. You don't need a passport.
