BTW... If ya happen to know any drugs related law enforcement folks in the US - a good few agree with concentrating on the top of the drug tree and dumping the "consumers" - they then stand some chance of utilizing their resources to more useful ends.

Dude, let's get real here. If the U.S. and world powers wanted drugs gone, drugs would BE gone. It's a bullshit commodities war. Supply and suppress is the name of the game. The most natural thing for people to do is run around nude. You don't see people doing that en masse do you? Y'know WHY? Because most people don't allow it. If you can make a mother fucker put his clothes on you can make him stop using dope. Even a junkie has enough sense not to run around butt nekkid.
