Yeah what seemed like a no-brainer idea ended up being a fight to explain the value of it. We never got quite what was needed to put up any real fights but I was able to help a lot of poeople with small business related issues and on the few big things, guys like Ron would kick in and make it possible to get something done. Most people ended up using us to help them resolve B to B disputes though.
